How to have a Healthy Face✿

Hi guys! I have been trying lately to keep up with my face and trying to keep it healthy, and it's been working actually. With this Summer heat, it's really hard to keep your face healthy and clean! Especially if you're like me and you wear a lot of makeup. The heat can do a lot of bad things so it's really important to keep your face healthy and clean. So I'll show you some products and help you what to do.

I use these to wipe off my makeup everyday.
They're natural, plus they smell really nice.
I use this clay mask every now and then,
like once a week probably. It looks and
smells like chocolate! So tempted to taste it.
These are really good to use when you're out and about.
Just gently wiping your face to remove oil helps
your skin a little bit. I use these everyday!

  • Make sure you drink lots of water! Even if you're not thirsty it will keep you hydrated.
  • Once a week, put a hot towel on your face to open up your pores. Then wash your face, and rinse with cold water to close those pores and you're good to go. Even the steam in the shower opens up your pores!
  • Try and make sure your pillows are clean! If they're dirty your face can get dirty too. Especially if you have cats cause you know those crazy cats getting everything full of fur. You can remember to wash your face when you get up!
  • Eat a little healthier! Instead of eating a delicious bag of hot cheetos, you can substitute it for some carrots! Less greasy the food, the healthier you and your beautiful skin are!
  • You can also try using a tinted moisturizer instead of foundation, it lets your skin breathe.
  • Try protecting your face from the sun, because it can do some damage! Wear a foundation with SPF if you can.
  • Make sure to not touch your face too much, you can get the bacteria from your hands to your face.

This is just all stuff that I have learned by myself that I've picked up from anywhere else. If you can, try to not use so many products with chemicals. Remember that your face is very sensitive and should be taken care of very well. Using damaging chemicals can't be good for your skin ya know? My face towels are natural, and my shampoo is also natural! Your shampoo actually does play a roll in your skin. Your hair touches your face of course, and your hair obviously has your shampoo. Which remember, it's all chemicals. I understand that I probably sound  like a hippy right now, but I have a good point. I started using Organix Mint Shampoo and conditioner. (You can buy this at Target or Walmart in different scents!) My face is very sensitive so this shampoo mumbo jumbo actually helped. This can even help people who have acne on their back too, this shampoo helps for that too. For when you're rinsing your hair in the shower and it all runs down your back. So it's a win for your hair and skin. Also, scrubbing your back with a loofa sponge (obviously the ones on the stick) can help with your back acne if you have it. With just some body wash or Neutrogena Body Wash. I guarantee it will help! Anyway, I hope you all enjoyed this particularly long post about healthy skin. I hope you at least get one thing out of it! Thank you for reading and have a great day everyone っ•‿•)っ
