How To Have Healthy Hair✿◠‿◠

Hey everyone! I hope that all is well. So recently I have been trying to look for a lot of things to help my hair. I have really long and thick hair but it has just been falling out so much lately. I mean, it would always fall out occasionally but not this bad! It's even worse because my hair is so curly and frizzy too. I always try to experiment with my hair a lot. I always try to make sure I'm taking care of it all the time. I used to do a few things with my hair, and now I'm going to have to do it again! I'll share some tips that I used.

  • Before you shower, make sure to brush your hair as much as you can. When I say brush it, I mean really brush it to beat the crap out of it. Get all the tangles out while you can, your hair isn't sensitive when it's dry. That way it's easier to wash in the shower.
  • Try using natural shampoos, they keep your hair healthy and there isn't too many chemicals in your hair.
  • When your hair is wet, it's really sensitive. So after showering, comb out your hair with a wide tooth comb. I know it's hard if you have thick tangley hair, but that's why you brush it before you shower!
  • Try to start using a lot of oils in your hair. It really doesn't matter which kind! Of course natural oils are the best. Like almond oil, coconut oil, etc. I use It's a 10 Oil with Keratin! You can find it in stores like Walmart or Target and stuff.
  • If your hair is damaged, then try not to use any heat or dye too much. Focus more on healing first, and then you can!
  • Drink lots of water, it helps. Water helps everything of course but it plays a big role in your hair too. It helps hair growth.
  • Take vitamins. You can take certain vitamins for hair and nails, or you can just take a regular multivitamin!
  • When you wash your hair, use your fingertips to massage your scalp. It relaxes your scalp and can help hair growth as well.
  • Try to use less hair spray. I use hairspray but I try not to use much of it. I go through a bottle maybe once for two months.
I hope that you at least find one useful thing for you! These are just things that I do for my hair. Of course, if you wanna trim off the split ends then it's your choice of course and I do recommend it too. Just keep healthy eating habits and keep up with your hair and you'll be good in no time❣◕ ‿ ◕❣
